We are seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to support a small legal team on a shortterm, twoweek temporary assignment with an immediate start. This role will suit someone confident stepping into a professional legal environment and providing frontofhouse support while assisting with general legal and corporate administration. Key responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally Answering and directing incoming calls Calendar management and meeting coordination Managing mail, couriers and office supplies Scanning, efiling and general document management Opening matters and assisting with basic legal administration General administrative and adhoc support to legal staff Ensuring reception and meeting areas are presentable About you: Previous experience in legal or corporate administration/reception Confident multitasker able to work autonomously in a small team Strong communication and client service skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Wellpresented, organised and reliable Intermediate MS Office skills This is an ideal opportunity for someone between roles or seeking shortterm temporary work within a professional legal environment.
