About the role We are seeking experienced, proactive, and passionate Field Merchandisers to service leading retail, grocery, and pharmacy customers. The role is casual, approximately 30 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through instore visual merchandising, activation of marketing and promotional strategies, planogram implementation, and campaign execution. Key responsibilities include: Drive growth through visual merchandising and marketing activations. Ensure your area is wellserviced and sales targets are met. Collaborate with a dynamic National Field Team. Support customers with brand and product training. Ensure adequate stock levels and share of retail space. Execute brand and promotional initiatives at store level, including locating, negotiating, and displaying eyecatching product displays. Ensure healthy stock levels and promotions are displayed correctly and on time. Implement planogram relays efficiently and in line with business timelines. Skills & Experience Previous experience in pharmacy retail / FMCG merchandising, including grocery, discount department stores, department stores, and pharmacy. Valid drivers licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance. Flexible, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, highly demanding environment. Passion for retail merchandising and sales. Strong attention to detail and time management. Excellent communication and CRM skills. Peopleoriented, willing to build relationships with all levels of retail personnel.
