Merchandise Planner - Fashion/Beauty Location: Manly, NSW FullTime, InOffice (5 days/week) | Up to $130K + super We''re looking for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join a wellestablished multichannel retail business based in Manly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in fashion or beauty, who thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced retail environment and is ready to take ownership of planning and inventory strategy. What You''ll Do: Lead merchandise planning and inventory forecasting for key fashion and beauty categories. Analyse sellthrough rates, stock levels, and sales performance to provide actionable insights for demand planning. Partner closely with buying, allocation, marketing and operations teams to ensure stock optimisation and product availability. Develop seasonal merchandise plans that support financial targets, including sales, margin, turnover and stocktosales ratios. Manage inventory flows across physical retail and ecommerce channels. Drive replenishment strategies, markdown planning and promotional support to maximise profitability. Prepare regular reporting and business reviews to inform senior stakeholders. Who You Are: 4+ years of merchandise planning experience ideally within fashion and/or beauty retail. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions. Proficient in merchandise planning tools and advanced Excel; experience with retail planning/ERP systems is advantageous. Strong business acumen, attention to detail and ability to influence crossfunctional teams. Excellent communication skills you''ll regularly partner with buying, marketing and operations.
