As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own home, with complex mental health needs, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independenceSupporting with Mental health, managing safety and risk in the individuals own home.Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respectPreparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients health and well-beingAccompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engagedOffering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every dayWhat We OfferStarting pay: 12.82 - 13.03 per hourPlus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile28 days annual leaveMonthly pay and pay reviews each AprilContracted hoursAccess to pool carsFull face-to-face induction programme and in-house training, from novice to managerCare CertificateCareer progression opportunitiesFlexible work patternsA stable management team and local offices for ongoing supportMonthly team meetings24/7 medical and well-being support through our Employee Assistance ProgrammeBlue Light CardGenerous refer-a-friend schemeCompany-paid social eventsRequirementsPrevious care experience - we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are availableBe able to work every other weekendFriendly, trustworthy and caring natureAble to work shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
