Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and were passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of elderly people. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community. Requirements 18 years or older National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare Wed be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a onehour visit between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.
