Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures is an advantage. Positive and collaborative attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards. Enthusiasm for food, customer service, and Zambreros mission. Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. Availability to work fulltime on a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain). First Aid Certificate (desirable). Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service. Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards. Engage with customers to provide information about our menu, the Plate 4 Plate initiative, and other store offerings. Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations. Accurately process transactions, handle cash and operate the pointofsale (POS) system. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Support new team members through training and mentorship. Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimise waste.
