Reporting into the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, step into the spotlight as Restaurant Manager at HYDE Perth. This is a handson role where youll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations - balancing the numbers with the vibes, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Main Functions Lead, inspire, and motivate a highperforming team that lives and breathes HYDE values. Lead daily operations across the restaurant and bars in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of the highest guest experience. Ensuring full and up to date compliance, from liquor licensing to healthsafety standards. Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisory level in a highenergy restaurant. Hotel restaurant experience is a plus. Previous experience being part of a preopening team in a restaurant is advantageous. Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence. Calm under pressure with strong problemsolving skills and able to think on your feet. Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively across departments.
