Talent Acquisition Specialist, Supply Chain About the Opportunity Were looking for a Distribution Centre TA Specialist based in Canning Vale to support the attraction, selection, and retention of award-based team members across our supermarket and ALM distribution centre. This role connects leaders, labour hire partners, and community groups to ensure we have the right people in place to achieve strong productivity and safety outcomes. In this Role Be the first point of contact for interviews and candidate selection across casual, part-time, and full-time roles Partner with labour hire agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent, high-quality workforce Coordinate pre-employment medicals and liaise with our internal health & injury management team Support leaders in onboarding, probation, and driving strong retention outcomes Build pipelines by engaging with local community groups, institutions, and alternative labour pools Manage internal referral processes and support literacy/numeracy assessments for new hires Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate and team member experience Collate and report on recruitment activity, market trends, and distribution centre workforce KPIs Youre Likely a Match If Knowledge of warehouse DC operations, including store worker, MHE (e.g., forklift, EPJ), and inventory management Experience using a variety of sourcing strategies (direct hire, labour hire, community, social media) Understanding of local labour market trends and EVP-based attraction strategies Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership teams and external providers Experience managing labour hire relationships in a warehouse or supply chain environment A track record of building relationships at all levels from leadership teams to frontline award-based staff Strong administration, planning, and organising skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Whats on offer Were proud to offer a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and belonging: Extra Leave: Enjoy a 5th week of annual leave, 2 well-being days, plus 1 volunteer day annually Career Growth: Endless learning and development opportunities Parental Leave: 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid leave for primary carers Mental Health: Gold accreditation by Mental Health Australia Flexibility: Flex Ready and Family Friendly Workplace accredited Were committed to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including First Nations.
