We are working with our Major Oil and Gas Operator, recruiting for a Technical Analyst (Asset Retirement) to join them on an initial 2-year contract with the possibility of extension. Scope of work: Workforce planning Manage workforce planning for project and function Responsible for tracking of site PoB (People on Board) Information Management Steward Manage SharePoint and Teams sites on behalf of Function and Projects Facilitate controlled documents into Document Management - D2 Facilitate input of 3rd party Remediation reports into the Barrow Island database Reporting and Analysis Power BI Reporting develop dashboards and reports for site contractor tracking, contractor document deliverables etc. Manage the capture of competitive performance initiatives Support Wells Plug & Abandonment on data input and reconciliation Skills / Experience Proficient in data analytics and presentation tools (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, Excel, etc) Proficient in managing information and document management systems (e.g. Documentum, SharePoint, etc) Understanding of data science principles with ideally some demonstrated capability Experience in data modelling preferred High attention to detail and data driven approach to finding solutions and insights Good written and verbal communication skills as this position will interface with various local and international stakeholders Able to work autonomously and in a team environment Adaptable and able to work in an agile manner to deal with changes in needs Able to identify and implement process improvements Proficient in Microsoft Office suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
