About the Opportunity Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Store Operations Manager Bendigo is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective running of store and warehouse operations. Youll oversee dispatch, receiving, inventory accuracy, team leadership, and customer service across a dynamic wholesale environment with many moving parts. This is a frontline leadership role where youll manage supervisors and operational team members, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and drive operational excellence across the branch. In this Role Lead daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and ontime dispatch and high DIFOT performance. Oversee receiving, stock integrity, replenishment, and promotional execution. Coach, develop, and support supervisors and operational team members. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, COR, Food Safety, and HACCP requirements. Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams. Support achievement of financial targets, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
