Due to continued growth and increased demand, Eureka are seeking either experienced HC, MC and HR Trainers & Assessors or Trainers and Assessors who have their truck licence (ideally MC) to join our wellestablished and respected team. Opportunities are available on a fulltime, parttime or casual basis. Reporting to the Training Delivery Lead, you will work collaboratively with the broader Eureka team to deliver highquality training and assessment services, ensuring compliance and positive learner outcomes. About You Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Current HR (Heavy Rigid) manual licence or higher (minimum of 3 years in WA). Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent). Training experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with learners of all ages and backgrounds. Customerfocused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. High standards of professionalism, reliability and punctuality. Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: HC (Heavy Combination) and/or MC (Multi Combination) licence. Department of Transport accreditation as a Qualified Instructor & Assessor (e.g. Blue Book).
