About the role In Sales at Chobani, youll turn plans into products on the shelf through customer partnership, commercial discipline and cross-functional problem solving creating availability, growth and share. Youll work alongside a values-led leadership team that invests in your growth through coaching, feedback and clear development pathways. We currently have Account Manager opportunities in NSW, SA and QLD. These are handson Account Manager roles focused on Independent Grocery (MSOs and banner groups), responsible for driving execution, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering commercial outcomes across your state. The roles are for people who like pace and variety, relationship-led selling, quick problem solving, and turning plans into real growth in-store. They are ideal for: An experienced Account Manager within Independent Grocery, or A National Account Executive ready to step up into full account ownership Youll be close to the action, in market, in store, and working directly with customers to drive performance. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for delivering strong account performance through: Executing customer plans, promotions, and range reviews Managing day-to-day account operations (pricing, trade spend, admin) Building and maintaining strong, trusted customer relationships across MSOs and banner groups Driving in-store execution (availability, ranging, visibility compliance) Supporting forecasting, demand planning, and supply coordination Monitoring performance, identifying risks, and unlocking growth opportunities Supporting new product launches and customer onboarding Partnering cross-functionally (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) These are detail-driven, execution-focused roles where consistency and follow-through directly impact commercial outcomes. What Were Looking For Were looking for people who combines strong FMCG fundamentals with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You will bring Experience in Account Management or National Account Executive roles within FMCG Exposure to Independent Grocery (MSOs / banner groups highly regarded) Proven relationship management capability, with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels Strong execution capability across pricing, promotions, and account operations Experience supporting or owning forecasting and commercial planning High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities A handson, inmarket approach to driving outcomes You Are Commercially aware and results-focused Proactive and accountable Comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment Energised by growth and building something not just maintaining it Passionate about the customer Selfdriven and able to work independently and remotely Why Join Chobani?
