Our Hepburn Pavilion Cafe is conveniently located within the surroundings of the bathhouse and spa to entice our guests with a delicious range of products and even more amazing coffee! The Role Chef de Partie Fulltime or Parttime Hepburn Pavilion Caf is part of the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, one of Australias most loved wellness destinations. Were a busy, welcoming caf serving locals and visitors in a beautiful natural setting and were growing our team. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in our busy caf environment. Responsibilities include: Running a section during service Preparing, cooking and plating food to a high standard Maintaining food safety and cleanliness You will have: Previous experience in a similar role A love of fresh, quality food Strong teamwork and time management skills Availability across weekdays and weekends and public holidays Why work with us?
