About this Position As a Storeperson, youll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From picking and packing orders to maintaining stock accuracy, youll ensure our customers receive the right products on time, every time. This is a handson role in a temperaturecontrolled environment, where safety and efficiency are key. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using safe manual handling practices. Maintain stock integrity through correct rotation and storage. Load/unload delivery vehicles and assist with receiving and replenishment. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with HACCP food safety standards. Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes. Report equipment issues and follow all OH&S and company safety procedures. What Were Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring: A current forklift licence Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and checking orders. Ability to work in freezer, chiller and dry environments. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and resilience under pressure. A commitment to safety and food quality standards. What success looks like within the first 12 months Consistently meeting picking accuracy and productivity targets. Demonstrate strong knowledge of OH&S and HACCP compliance.
