About the Role: Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in Perths South Metropolitan region, including Palmyra, Willetton and surrounding areas. In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community. Positions Available: We currently have permanent part-time opportunities available, with shifts across weekdays and weekends between 7:00am and 5:00pm, depending on service requirements.
