We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Officer/Operations Scheduler, located at our Hindmarsh depot. The right person will take advantage of the in-house training to gain skills andexperience. Reporting directly to the Dess School Contracts Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to; Assisting management in the effective and efficient administration of student transport services to multiple clients. Develop solutions for all customer enquiries. Effective communication with a large and diverse team Liaising with customer and drivers Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Adhering to all Regulatory requirements Provide a professional level of service in-line with company policies and procedures Deliver a level of service that exceeds all customer expectations. Promote and portray a positive image for the Company. Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Customer centric and solution focussed approach Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Proactive, well organised with strong time management and record keeping skills Proficiency in MS Office suite Demonstrated ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
