Provide strategic legal support across all aspects of the Companys operations including:Negotiate and draft contractsMining law and regulatory mattersNative title and land accessEssential QualificationsBachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)Admission to practice in Western Australia1015 years postqualification experience, including substantial inhouse or toptier private practice exposureDemonstrated experience in:Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contractsMining law, regulatory and compliance mattersNative title, cultural heritage and land access frameworksStrong commercial acumen and ability to develop pragmatic, operationally focused solutions.Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environmentHigh integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem solvingDesirable QualificationsExperience working inhouse for a Western Australian mining or resources companyStrong understanding of operational mining environmentsFamiliarity with ASXlisted company governance and reporting requirementsYour MotivationWe are looking for people who want to make a difference, love to challenge themselves and others to do better and pursue solutions with intent.
