The opportunity Are you interested in a versatile role that challenges you? Were looking for dedicated and passionate individuals committed to delivering a quality Mobile Library service, including driving and operating the Mobile Library vehicle (Heavy Combination licence required). Your excellent customerservice, communication and technology skills will help provide a highlevel service to our community. This role isnt a routine Library Services position. You will drive the Mobile Library Truck (semiarticulated) to sites across Port Stephens, delivering library services and programs at 12 locations on a fortnightly timetable. Safe operation of the vehicle and providing assistance to community members are essential. Key responsibilities Drive the Mobile Library Truck safely and efficiently HC licence required. Deliver library services and programs at 12 different sites on a fortnightly schedule. Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance to patrons. Maintain the vehicle and equipment to ensure readiness. Salary and working conditions Permanent (fulltime): $67,627 $74,612 pa (35hours/week + 12% super + $2,464 retention allowance). Work out of PSC Library, Raymond Terrace on a roster (shifts 89am to 57pm weekdays, 8:3012:30pm alternate Saturdays). Casual: $46.44 $51.24 per hour + 12% super.
