The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for clients and staff when they visit or call our business. The role is a blend of reception duties, data entry and provides administrative support to the Recruitment & Mobilisation and Management teams. About the Role Reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors Data entry and maintaining accurate records into various cloud based software programs and excel spreadsheets Receiving and sending mail and courier parcels Stationery ordering and other general office duties including filing Assisting with travel bookings and timesheet management General office duties and team support as required Manage and coordinate traineeship and apprenticeship programs, including program administration and course bookings Supporting recruitment and mobilisation activities and handling queries relating to mobilisation, where required Claiming incentive payments using MyID About you Professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills Previous administration experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Able to work efficiently and prioritise work Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems A positive attitude and willingness to learn If you are looking to build on your administrative experience and wanting to grow with our company, please submit your application today.
