The Role The Supervisor Nightshift is responsible for overseeing and delivering all nightshift works associated with the HDPE lining works with our crystalliser scope on site. This role supports the Site Manager, Construction Manager and Construction team through effective field supervision, work planning, quality assurance, coordination of resources, and on-the-ground construction management to ensure activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. As construction progresses at Mardie, we are continuing to shape our team. We are looking for an individual who is ready to be a part of this exciting operation, where you will have the opportunity to really make an immediate impact. About You The Supervisor Nightshift will have 35 years of experience in a supervisory, superintendent, or inspector role, preferably within the Mining or Oil & Gas industry. They will bring proven experience in a construction environment, with a strong background in bulk civil earthworks and/or Structural, Mechanical, and Piping (SMP) works. It will be highly advantageous if you have delivered HDPE lining projects. You must hold your Statutory Supervisor (Section 26) qualification. The successful candidate will be comfortable in working nightshift, confident in managing on-site contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months and must hold a WA White Card. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
