Project Director Property Development An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Project Director to join a high-performing property development platform delivering landmark, design-led projects across Western Australia. This role will see you lead the delivery of complex development portfolios, driving projects from acquisition through to completion while shaping high-quality, sustainable and community-focused outcomes. The Opportunity As Project Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of projects, leading strategy, feasibility, approvals and delivery while managing high-performing development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects from acquisition through to completion Drive project vision, strategy and execution aligned with business objectives Ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality standards Develop and oversee project feasibilities, business cases and cashflow forecasts Monitor project performance, risks and opportunities Drive commercial outcomes in line with portfolio strategy Build and maintain relationships with government, consultants, partners and key stakeholders Act as a senior representative across industry and project environments Lead engagement to support planning approvals and project delivery Lead and mentor Development Managers and broader project teams Foster a high-performance, collaborative and values-driven culture Drive capability and performance across the development function Sustainability & Innovation Champion design excellence, sustainability and innovation across projects Ensure developments deliver long-term value for communities and stakeholders About You Extensive experience in property development at a senior level Strong commercial acumen with expertise in feasibility, financial modelling and risk management Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Engineering, Planning or related discipline Why Apply?
