About Our Clinic Located inside a busy Petbarn store, our clinic features 2 spacious consult rooms, dedicated cat and dog wards, a large prep area, and a fully equipped surgery suite. Were proud of our strong relationships with long-standing clients while welcoming many new faces. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and service to every pet and person who walks through our doors. What Youll Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, including stock control, rostering, and client record management Leading and developing our team to deliver outstanding client experiences and patient care Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives Ensuring monthly KPIs are met Participating in nursing duties as needed, including mentoring and training nurses What Were Looking For Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent animal handling and in-depth knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures Previous experience in practice management or as a senior vet nurse Exceptional communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational ability What We Offer Attendance at the Greencross Clinical Conference Discounts on vet services and Petbarn retail products Access to our comprehensive continuing education program Support for AVNAT registration and VNCA membership A genuinely supportive team environment where youll feel valued and respected Ready to Join Us?
