Job Overview Working under the direction of the Training Manager and supporting the Senior Manager of Clinical Services, the role involves training, assessment, and compliance projects, and delivery of nationally recognised courses from the health training package, up to and including the Diploma of Emergency Health Care. The position is responsible for the welfare of students enrolled in such courses. The successful candidate will assist in advising on content for PowerPoint presentations and training materials to ensure currency and compliance. Key Responsibilities & Duties Maintain high confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and professional image. Ensure all course material is current and compliant. Adhere to and role model the company values & policies. Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards and incidents. Participate in the annual PDR process and work to achieve objectives. Comply with Wilson Medic One, Wilson Group HSE Policies and Procedures, and customer contractual obligations. Location Belmont, Perth and remote WA mine sites (short trips). About You You are a team player who works toward common objectives, deadlines, and set KPIs, with a caring and compassionate nature to support patients with empathy, care and dignity. You can work independently and within a team environment. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Well organised and skilled in communicating with people. Experience as an educator / trainer / assessor. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge and experience of relevant subject matter. Relevant training and vocational qualifications. Understanding of compliance requirements relating to training, RTOs, patient transportation, and drug protocols. Qualifications Minimum of HLT 41120 Certificate IV Healthcare or equivalent. AHPRA Paramedic Registration highly desirable. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Valid drivers licence. Valid Working with Childrens check.
