Your mission is to partner with the Founder and senior leaders to build the APlayer team and highperformance culture required to deliver our $100M+ growth strategy. This is NOT traditional HR. No politics, no red tape, no BS. Just great people doing great work. The Role This role is about building the ''People Engine'' to deliver our $100M growth strategy. Your accountabilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Own our recruitment capability, including personally recruiting the critical senior roles that move the needle. A-Player Standard: Own our APlayer Standard to ensure we only hire, develop, and reward the right people. Performance Framework: Implement highimpact feedback systems that drive a highperformance and highaccountability culture. Org Planning: Partner with the Founder and senior leaders to design an organisational plan that will deliver the strategy. Remuneration Design: Own remuneration planning and incentive design to attract, align, drive, and retain the right talent. Development & Succession: Coach our leaders to become worldclass people managers and provide pathways for highpotential talent. HR Tech Stack: Select and implement a simple, highimpact HR stack, leveraging AI tools to drive productivity. Frontline Manager Focus: Equip our managers to handle 99% of people and performance management, ensuring the frontline manager leads the team (with HR coaching the manager only when required). You will report to the GM Commercial with a dotted line to the Founder. Your initial team will include an Internal Recruiter or Coordinator plus support from our Office Manager to ensure you stay focused on highleverage outcomes. This is a grouplevel role across multiple businesses, with your primary focus being our flagship, Beaver Process Equipment. Our group is currently 110 people total and growing at 2030 per year.
