You will join a community-focused team that values connection and operational efficiency.**The Position*** Plan, perform, facilitate and evaluate delivery of patient care that is in accordance with Hospital policies and procedures.* Use resources effectively and efficiently in providing care.* Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained when providing care.* Recognise and respond appropriately to unexpected events or rapidly changing situations.* Report changes in patients condition to senior Registered Nurses and/or medical practitioner and document identified variations.* Participate in team nursing to deliver excellent patient care.* Provide supervision to other members of the care delivery team including Enrolled Nurses and PCAs.We are seeking a motivated healthcare professional who brings a strong working knowledge of relevant nursing legislation, codes and standards, along with a genuine commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
