About the Role We are seeking a handson Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to take ownership of Caledonia Groups digital presence, website performance, and internal and external communications. This role is not about theory or outsourcing everything to agencies. You will personally manage our website, SEO, digital campaigns, and content, ensuring Caledonia is highly visible in Google search, professionally represented online, and generating quality inbound enquiries that support business development and sales. Strategic direction is provided by the Leadership Team your focus is execution, performance, and continuous improvement. Why This Role Matters Our website is our shopfront. Search visibility drives opportunity. This role ensures Caledonia stays ahead of competitors, and our digital presence is reflective of our care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Digital & Website Performance Own and manage the Caledonia Group website as a leadgeneration tool. Drive SEO, keyword optimisation, and Google search performance. Run and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and geofencing. Monitor analytics, search trends, and competitor activity. Improve conversion of website traffic into qualified enquiries and ultimately sales. Content & Brand Create and publish practical, industrialfocused content including service pages and capability and tender support material. Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all channels. Ensure a professional, credible industrial look aligned with Caledonias services. Communications Lead internal communications across the business. Manage external digital communications, particularly LinkedIn. Use modern digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, content quality, and insights. Identify practical AI use cases (content, analytics, tender support) and assist others in their effective use. Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance with a focus on outcomes. About You 5+ years handson digital marketing experience. Proven experience owning and improving website and SEO performance. Experience managing Google Ads and digital campaigns. #J-18808-Ljbffr
