Overview Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. Responsibilities Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores Pricing and ticketing compliance Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Candidate Profile / Qualifications Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential) Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role Hours & Location Up to 15 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Tuesday to Friday, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days. Flexibility for Friday is highly regarded. Travel to Port Macquarie required.
