OverviewJoin City of Parramatta as a Swim Instructor at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre (The PAC). The role focuses on delivering City of Parramatta''s aquatic education and water safety programs with high-quality lesson content aligned with the program''s goals and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesInstruct lessons for students in water safety, water familiarisation, learn to swim and squads.Plan and deliver lessons with an emphasis on safety and variety for participants.Evaluate and adjust lesson plans to cater for the needs of the students.Organise and monitor the condition of teaching equipment for each lesson.Regularly assess students'' progress.Provide a customeroriented environment.Promote teamwork and effective communication through collaborative work practices.About YouThe successful candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and water safety. No prior teaching experience is required.
