The position provides confidential and ethical counselling, promotes resilience and mental health, and partners with parents, staff, the Wellbeing Team and external professionals to holistically support student needs. The School Counsellor contributes proactively to wellbeing initiatives, crisis response, and staff development, while ensuring all practices meet legal, ethical, and compliance requirements.
