Green Light is on the lookout for a Repair Centre Technician (ATMs) to provide services with our NSW consulting team. We require people who have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people with their IT related queries.The Repair Centre Technician (ATMs) will be self-motivated and keen learners who has fantastic interpersonal skills to maintain the excellent customer service levels provided onsite to the business. Must have demonstrated experience working unsupervised on customer sites.The main responsibility for the Service Technicians will be to provide repair and support to end users and installing hardware. Training will be providedResponsibilitiesSupporting infrastructure and services including Hardware and physical devicesInvestigate and diagnose and escalate the fault through to the appropriate group for problem resolutionMaintenance of physical infrastructure including ATMs & POS machinesAssisting with Customer Device and Application Configuration.Working with customers/employees to identify problems and advising on the solution.Must have a carRequirementsDemonstrated experience in IT, hardware, mechanical or electrical engineering backgroundDemonstrated highly developed analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.Have at minimum 2 years full work rights Australian citizens & Permanent ResidentsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement creative solutions.Excellent telephone, client service, interpersonal and communication skills.Understanding of technical concepts and willingness to work in a dynamic and high-volume work environment.We are an Australian onshore services company that provides technology capability across ANZ and Asia.
