The facility houses 486 beds, a 50bed Emergency Department, a 20bed cardiac and cardiothoracic ICU, 14 operating theatres including cardiac catheterisation labs, as well as a stateoftheart education centre, doctors'' lounge and excellent staff amenities such as a caf and parking.As part of our commitment to clinical excellence, we offer diverse career opportunities in a supportive, culturally inclusive environment.Parttime role, 0.6 FTEResponsibilitiesWork closely with nursing, medical and allied health teams to support administrative processes and facilitate efficient workflow.Coordinate schedules and ensure timely submission of required forms and reports.Liaise with the psychiatry team to prepare and organise documentation for Mental Health Tribunal hearings.Maintain awareness of relevant legislative requirements and compliance standards; ensure all legal paperwork is accurate, complete and up to date in accordance with the Mental Health Act.Monitor and answer doorbells, ensuring smooth access control and visitor management.Attend to incoming phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.Essential CriteriaExperience in an acute patientfocused healthcare facility/hospital.Highly developed interpersonal and timemanagement skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.Good computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).A track record of providing great service and customer experience.Strong interpersonal communication and reportwriting skills.Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Benefits On OfferDiscounted onsite parking.Discounted gym memberships including Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Programs.Salary packaging via novated lease.Bulk Billing services for employees and immediate family members.To ApplyPlease click on the ''Apply'' button to be taken to our online application form.
