Housekeeping Services Supervisor | The DarlingJoin to apply for the Housekeeping Services Supervisor | The Darling role at The Star Entertainment GroupAs a Housekeeping Services Supervisor, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are achieved and maintained within the department through effective supervision, training, and team member engagement of this large and diverse team!ResponsibilitiesEnsure all relevant guest information is shared with all Team Members - VIPs, Cots, Rollaway bedsSupport and assist the team during peak periodsPerform room spot checks and ensure all rooms are checked to hotel standardsResolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approachMonitor and report maintenance requests where requiredQualificationsPrevious Supervisory experience within a luxury hotelStrong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detailPassion for hospitality with a cando attitudeStrong communication skills and computer literacyFlexible availability to work across a 7day rosterWhat We''re Looking ForYou will be experienced in a supervisory housekeeping role within a five-star property or integrated resort. In addition, you will have experience of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest of room presentation.
