Your OpportunityAs an Allied Health Assistant working in Residential Aged Care, you''ll play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities. Guided by our clinicians and through our awardwinning Plena Care Pathway, you''ll help deliver reablementfocused programmes that make a real difference in residents'' lives.You''ll be involved in a range of areas, including:Supporting mobility and functional programmesAssisting with restorative therapyFacilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessionsAssisting with pressure care and pain management plansCollaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver residentcentred supportWhether you''re helping with oneonone therapy programmes or encouraging residents in group activities, your work will be purposedriven and deeply rewarding.In return, you''ll be supported by a large and collaborative national team, ongoing mentoring, and access to professional development opportunities.
