This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong forklift skills, warehousing experience, and attention to detail in freight handling and scanning processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations. This is a pivotal role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload shipping containers independently using a low-mast gas forklift.Assist manual unpack teams by providing empty pallets and relocating full pallets for scanning.Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper freight handling at all times.Operate Electric Reach Forklifts pallet storage and retrieval within racking systems.Use V3 barcode scanners to accurately scan freight in and out of the warehouse and into designated pallet positions.Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all warehouse activities.Collaborate with team members and support warehouse operations as required.QualificationsValid LF and/or LO Forklift LicenceTeam-Oriented with a Positive AttitudeSkilled in problem-solving and decision-making using relevant information and available optionsFast learner with the ability to adapt to new information and evolving processesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWell-developed organizational and time management skills to handle competing prioritiesSolid knowledge and experience in warehouse operations and logisticsAdditional InformationWhy Mondiale VGL?Be part of a dynamic and growing team in a global company with over 40 years of industry expertiseJoin a supportive, energetic environment where no two days are the sameBuild a career where your impact drives the future of the logistics and freight teamsWe are currently talent pooling for roles available both immediately and in the future.
