Clinical Excellence Lead (Positive Behaviour Support)The Role: You will be responsible for resource development, clinical supervision, training and mentoring, monitoring and maintaining the Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS quality and safeguard commission recommendations and mandates.Responsibilities:Review and maintain NDIS''s compliance requirements and ensure up to date evidence-based practice nationally.Develop training pathways and competencies to support clinician skill development.Manage projects and portfolios within the organization and liaise with policy makers.Achieve individual key performance indicators, including but not limited to billable hours for Clinical Excellence Leads.Requirements:Be deemed an Advanced, or Specialist Behaviour Support practitioner by the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Capability Framework.Degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis or Allied Health (Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy), with professional registration/membership.Worked within professional organization, preferably in interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment.Experience with NDIS & HCP clinical caseloads.Attractive Remuneration: Excellent pay package with a travel allowance (fuel cards/toll reimbursement), uniforms, $5,000 two-year retention bonus, laptop/tablet, mobile phone, and salary packaging options for vehicles available.Career Progression: Real opportunities to develop your skills as a clinician in a variety of settings, coach and mentor students.Work-Life Balance: We encourage flexibility and well-being, you will manage your own schedule and we will support you to thrive in your role.Vibrant and Ambitious Team: Enjoy working with people who genuinely want to make a difference to the way healthcare is delivered in Australia.Professional Development: Training and CPD allowance of $2000 per annum and 2 days paid study leave provided.EAP: up to 6 free counseling sessions per year on us.Annual Doona Day: Take an impromptu day off to stay in bed and watch Netflix or do anything that will make you happy.How to Apply: Please apply via SEEK by clicking on the "Quick Apply" button.
