Waste sorters needed for day and afternoon shifts in the Sutherland ShireWe are looking for general waste labourers in the Sutherland Shire to sort through building materials on a conveyor line.Day shifts: 7am to 3pmAfternoon shifts: 4pm to 12amThe companyOur client is a large building materials recycling plant located in the Sutherland Shire.Your roleYou will be responsible for sorting building materials such as concrete, timber, masonry, gyprock and metal on a continuous conveyor line. Please note, this role is in a noisy and dusty environment and you will be standing the whole time.You will needTo live within 15 kms of the Sutherland Shire, have a construction white card, own transport preferred, be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. Experience in waste management or recycling is an advantage.Drug and Alcohol testingWill be conducted prior to starting.Pay termsYou will be paid in accordance with the Waste Management award 2010. You must be prepared to work up to 10 hours a day 5 days per week with overtime included. Immediate start.
