We''re looking for someone who is passionate about fits, loves working in a team, and strives to get our product looking good on women of all body sizes.Key ResponsibilitiesFit & Technical SupportAttend daily fit sessions, taking clear and accurate fit notesAssist Garment Techs with identifying the best technical and construction solutions to improve product fit and qualityMeasure and review all incoming samples, ensuring they match approved specs, grading rules, and workmanshipReview production samples and confirm all measurements and fit changes are correctSample & Critical Path ManagementOversee and maintain the critical path timeline, ensuring all key milestones and deadlines are tracked and followedCreate and manage efficient systems for organising sample stages, ensuring samples are easy to find.Maintain a wellorganised, tidy sample room that supports workflow efficiencyCommunicate fit notes, updates, and technical clarifications to suppliers via email and WeChatProvide daily updates to factories regarding sampling status, fit changes, measurements, and deadlinesClearly communicate reasons for bulk rejections, supported by photos, videos, and detailed measurement notesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal team membersCross-Functional SupportWork closely with designers, production, and buying teams, offering technical insight, grading feedback, and fit expertiseEnsure all product decisions reflect the Peppermayo customer and their diverse body shapesAssist with e-commerce product descriptions when neededWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience as a Garment Technician or Assistant Garment TechnicianStrong eye for detail able to spot measurement discrepancies, construction issues, and quality concerns instantlyHighly organised mindset enjoys structure, systems, and maintaining an efficient sample workflowSolid understanding of garment construction and fitConfident measuring samples and reviewing workmanshipKnowledge of grading rules and how they vary across different styles and fabricsAble to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environmentProficient in Excel, Google Drive, email, and WeChatA collaborative, solutions-focused team player with clear communicationWhy You''ll Love Working With UsJoin a fast-growing fashion brand with huge momentumWork with a fun, supportive, and passionate teamPlay a handson role in bringing exclusive Peppermayo designs to lifeOpportunities to grow multiple positions and development pathways available #J-18808-Ljbffr
