While undertaking your training, you''ll support the Network Control Delivery Team, Network Operations and Response Team, and Control Room functions at your current level of authorisation. Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking training to achieve progressive competency and authorisation as a System OperatorPreparing planned and unplanned isolations and switching instructions to ensure safe access to the electrical networkAssisting the Control Room with System Operator and Emergency Service Despatch Officer dutiesCoordinating and managing work requests, and providing advice to internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety rules and operational proceduresCommunicating effectively with staff, customers, contractors, and service providers to coordinate workflow and maintain supply reliabilityLiaising with system operations and other branches to ensure accurate system data and high-quality system diagramsEmphasising safe work practices and adherence to safety policies at all timesApplication of Endeavour Energy Safety Rules to planned & unplanned access to the networkYou''ll be challenged to balance customer network access needs with operational targets, respond dynamically to changing network conditions, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
