OverviewAssistant / Duty Manager | O''Donoghues | Redcape HospitalityRedcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at O''Donoghues as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel''s operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.Role PurposeTo lead through Redcape''s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.ResponsibilitiesLead a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel''s operating hours.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).A successful candidate would have previous experience in high volume kitchens and a comprehensive understanding of Gaming Operations.Experience with entertainment, community engagement & high volume beverage operations (late-night & weekends) would be an advantage.BenefitsExtensive training opportunities for professional development and career progression.
