You can also connect with one of our internal diversity streams for additional support.About this opportunity:ICC Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic and operationally savvy professional with a passion in running and leading a productive operation, to join the Event Security team on a Full Time basis as a Security Supervisor, Events.As a Security Supervisor, Events, you''ll take the lead in the delivery of event security operations across a diverse portfolio of exhibitions, concerts, conferences, and corporate events. Working closely with the broader Security and Events teams, you will:Strategically plan and deploy security resources to meet event needs efficiently and effectively.Lead on-shift security teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, situational awareness, and service excellence.Coordinate incident and emergency responses, including first aid and evacuation procedures.Conduct risk assessments and inspections, providing hands-on leadership throughout the event lifecycle.Take full ownership of on-shift security operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and team members.This role is ideal for a security professional ready to step into leadership or build on existing supervisory experience in event security.
