Our diverse portfolio spans shopping centres, office buildings, and hospitality assets, and our true impact is measured by the lives we touch and the legacy we leave.Our PurposeTo meaningfully impact the community for generations to come.Our ValuesPassionate We bring energy and spirit.Considerate We have meaningful relationships.Growth Mindset We continuously learn, adapt & evolve.Collaborative We achieve more together.You will be our centre ambassador, representing the vision of Hawaiian as the first point of facetoface contact in connecting our shopping centres (including customers, tenants, and the community) with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.The role of Customer Service Officer is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our shopping centre by providing exceptional customer service and support through positive and maintained relationships.This role is being offered as a 12month parttime (18 hrs p/w) contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.ResponsibilitiesBe the brand ambassador for Hawaiian, serving as the primary resource for information and assistance for partners muri tenants, customers, council and contractors.Establish and develop strong relationships with centre retailers, including developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of centre stores (including retailer changes, selection, locations, merchandising, price points and special sales and events).Serve as the primary resource for_TLS customers seeking information, assistance, or store recommendations; develop a thorough understanding of all shopping centre services and amenities as well as those within the local community.Proactively communicate and educate customers on the shopping centre''s marketing and customer service programs and upcoming events.Follow the process in place to ensure all queries, feedback and issues, whether verbal or written, are noted and communicated to relevant team members.Maintain a professional appearance (wearing the provided uniform) and courteous manner when dealing with partners at all times.Applications should be addressed to the Hiring Manager you must provide your CV and Cover Letter outlining why you feel you''d be the ideal candidate for this role.If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by telephone by our Assistant People & Culture Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
