If you are a dedicated individual with strong organisation and software skills and initiative, Apply Now!Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Working alongside the Managing Director and assisting with all required administration needs, including sending and receiving emails, phone calls and data entry.The Candidate:We are seeking candidates who have had previous office experience in administration assistance or data entry.Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Dependable.Willingness to learn and develop.Business Qualification Cert II or above. (Preferred but not required).Financial or Business background.
