Culture is central: the team is professional, collaborative and committed to both client success and individual growth.The RoleThis is a career opportunity for an Adviser or Senior Associate who is ready to take the next step. You will work closely with Principal Advisers on complex, multi-generational client strategies, while also building the capability to manage your own portfolio within two to three years.From day one you will be exposed to high level client interactions, strategic planning and portfolio oversight, with mentoring and training designed to accelerate your development.What You Will DoBuild strong, trusted client relationships, supporting Principal Advisers with high net worth and family office clientsTake an active role in client meetings, including presenting sections of reviewsPrepare and review Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, reports, cash flow models and investment analysisAssist with implementing advice and overseeing trades and portfolio monitoringGuide and delegate to Associates and Client Service AdministratorsContribute to internal committees and support continuous improvement across the firmWhat You Will BringAt least five years'' experience in wealth management or financial advice with high net worth clientsDegree in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplineFASEA exam and professional year completed, RG146 compliantStrong technical knowledge of tax, structures, estate and succession planningProven ability to prepare and review complex advice documentsDeveloped understanding of investment markets and evidence-based investingExcellent communication skills and a professional, mature presenceOrganisational strength, initiative and the ability to manage competing prioritiesWhy JoinStructured pathway to manage your own client portfolio within two to three yearsMentoring and training directly from senior leadershipA collaborative culture where your work is valued and visibleHybrid working model flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays post probationThe opportunity to shape your long-term career in a firm that invests in its people and its clientsWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
