Our products include concrete barriers, steel barriers, plastic barriers, crash cushions, anti-gawk screens and hostile vehicle mitigation systems.We are looking for our next Category Inside Sales superstar to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW.Reporting to the Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and other forms of communication to convert leads into salesQuote creationOutbound quote follow-upEnter and manage orders in our ERP systemBook Pick Tickets/ Freight with internal & 3PL BranchesIn bound receiving completion in SAPExceed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned category.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsProvide expert advice on our range of products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customersCollaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any post-sale issues.Accurately update and maintain CRM systems with customer information, sales activity, and pipeline statusRequirementsPrevious experience in an inbound and outbound sales or a customer focused roleExperience with CRM & ERP systems (E.g.
