This part-time role offers a rewarding blend of community-based clinical care and office-based coordination responsibilities.You will be supported by an experienced Care Manager and work within the scope of practice defined by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board.What We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making a real difference.
