This role will be responsible for managing all administrative, operational, and scheduling functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, using expert organizational skills to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Own and optimize a dynamic, highvolume executive calendar, resolving conflicts and strategically protecting dedicated focus time.Logistics & Travel: Plan and book complex domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and managing all associated bookings.Gatekeeping: Act as the primary point of contact, screening, triaging, and fielding all incoming communications (emails, calls) with professionalism and judgment.Financial Administration: Prepare, submit, and track detailed expense reports, ensuring timely reconciliation and adherence to company policies.Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, compile presentation materials, and attend key leadership meetings to capture accurate, concise minutes and track action items.Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive company, personnel, and financial information with absolute integrity and discretion at all times.About YouKey Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Csuite Executive Support or at least 2+ years in a dedicated administrative, operations, or team support role.Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities under deadline.Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly across all levels.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent proofreading abilities and a professional tone.Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
