This program supports people to navigate the NDIS, understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met.Your role as a Support Coordinator is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services.Daytoday You Will Provide SupportUnderstanding individual plansFinding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomesGoal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and successDeveloping skills in others that enable them to become independent and selfassured in their ability to manage their NDIS fundingYou will also complete a range of administration that is required to document a person''s progress, internal reports, and as required by the NDIS.About YouWe are looking for someone with experience or understanding of NDIS packages and plans and who really gets a kick out of seeing someone achieve their goals.
