New opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse and high-value property portfolio across multiple sites.In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sites, managing lease negotiations, driving rent reviews, and ensuring full compliance across tenant operations.You''ll work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Finance and Development while also managing relationships with external parties such as consultants, valuers and legal advisers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to portfolio planning, land-use strategy and commercial assessmentsReview, negotiate and execute leases, licences and associated agreementsManage rent reviews, tenant performance, insurance, securities and compliance milestonesConduct regular site inspections across multiple locationsProvide high-quality property advice and reporting to the wider businessImprove and maintain property management systems and processesAbout You5+ years'' experience in commercial or industrial property managementStrong commercial judgement and ability to think strategicallySkilled in negotiation, stakeholder management and interpreting complex lease documentsProficient with property management systems (Yardi highly regarded)Confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDegree-qualified in property or a related disciplineFor more information, please contact Fern on 0432 119 423 or [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
