Reporting to the Remote Services Manager, you will coordinate and deliver child health services to Aboriginal children aged 05 across Broome and surrounding communities, aligned with the KAMS Model of Care.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing scheduled developmental health checks and childhood immunisationsFacilitating recalls, screenings, and follow-upsProviding case management for at-risk children and coordinating specialist referralsPromoting uptake of the Kimberley Maternal & Child Health ProtocolsDelivering education, training and mentoring to staff and community membersSupporting women''s groups, parenting, and mums & bubs programsContributing to child health data collection, monitoring and reportingParticipating in planning forums and community awareness activitiesTravelling to remote communities, including Beagle Bay and Bidyadanga, as requiredRequirementsTo be considered, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration and hold a postgraduate qualification in Child Health.
