If that sounds like the type of challenge that excites you, please keep on reading!About the roleAs our new Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving topline growth and geographic expansion for our home care services across Australia. Field sales are the final touchpoint customers have with our brand before determining if they''ll sign up. Our marketing team generates the prospect, inside sales schedules the meeting, and the field sales closes the deal.In your first 12 months on the job, you''ll work as an individual contributor doing field sales. You''ll visit prospective clients in their homes, learn about our company and the aged care industry, and collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and care teams.
